    Welcome to our website! Our site is available to all visitors, although some content and features are restricted to SHRM / NMSHRM members.

    Throughout our site there are options for you to request information, products or services. You may be asked for your membership number, contact, financial or demographic information. This information is used to provide the products, services, workshop registrations or memberships you request. Financial information is used to bill you for any option you have ordered. Other identifiers are used to verify your identity for access to restricted content or features on our site.

    We respect your desire for privacy. NMSHRM collects and maintains membership information as part of servicing your membership. Personal information collected will not be shared with any organizations external to NMSHRM and its billing partner, PayPal. However, the NMSHRM privacy policy does not cover third-party data / financial collection (i.e. PayPal) practices and does not assume any responsibility for any actions of third parties.

    By submitting any personal information to NMSHRM, you accept that your personal data will be managed by the NMSHRM officers to deliver to you the products and services available online or otherwise.

    NMSHRM will update this policy from time to time, so please check back periodically. When changes occur, you will see the word “updated” next to the month and year of the updated information on our privacy statement. NMSHRM members will be notified of any and all changes or updates to the policy prior to implementing them.
